A Bit About Me
"Excellence is a choice not a chance" has been my motto dating back to grade school. I firmly believe that humans are capable of fantastic feats with the aid of technology. Growing up as a millennial meant growing up engrossed in a booming Silicon Valley economy. At a young age I knew that our future was bright and I wanted to bring businesses and clientele together through a healthy blend of technology and humanity.

When I started my professional journey, I focused on learning and mastering as many skills as possible as it relates to safety, risk management, and communication. Once I implemented my love and passion for technology into a business I founded, positive shifts in behavior and personality around me accelerated as people were in awe of the capabilities that technology offered in a changing business climate.
Based on my experiences, I'd like to share my expertise and acumen with other businesses struggling starting fresh, scaling, or maturing to elevate their opportunities. Together, we'll make the choice to be excellent.

Chief Executive Officer of Premier Shield Insurance. Created and led this agency from the ground up with no outside funding and sparse internal funding. Nominated for awards in technology and innovation through various carriers and helped bring the insurance industry into the modern world for clients, agencies, and agents. Focused primarily on using technology to create efficiencies to allow the organization to run with lean personnel options.
Insurance Account Executive for multiple agencies. Focused on developing personal brand and business opportunities to benefit the organizations. Implemented various templates and scripts for sales calls and meetings based on common and advanced objections.
Facilities Assistant at Duncaster, LLC. Learned and implemented operational safety policies and procedures. A member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and member of the Innovation Committee. Assisted in overseeing safety and wellbeing of the exterior of multiple buildings on a 75-acre property. Trained in CPR, Alzheimer's assistance, and basic engineering practices to round out a robust skillset required at this independent living facility.
